A jury convicted appellant, Domingo Navarro, of indecency with a child by exposure. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 21.11(a)(2) (Vernon 2003). The jury assessed punishment at 10 years imprisonment, but recommended that the sentence be suspended and appellant placed on community supervision for 10 years. In two points of error, appellant contends that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support a finding of guilt.
